Situated just a short stroll from Lamlash Bay, the cottage enjoys stunning views towards the iconic Holy Isle and is ideally placed for exploring all that Arran has to offer.

This cosy two-storey cottage has been thoughtfully furnished to maintain its traditional character while offering all modern conveniences. On the ground floor, you will find a warm and welcoming lounge complete with comfortable seating, a feature fireplace, and a smart TV—ideal for relaxing after a day of adventure. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare family meals, from a modern oven and hob to a dishwasher and microwave. The adjacent dining area provides ample space for enjoying meals together, whether you’re tucking into a hearty breakfast before heading out or sharing stories over a home-cooked dinner. A stylish, recently renovated shower room with a spacious walk-in shower completes the downstairs.

Upstairs, the cottage boasts two comfortable bedrooms. The stairs are not steep by Arran standards, but they do narrow a bit at the bottom, so take care. The master bedroom features a double bed, while the second bedroom is a delightful twin room—perfect for children or friends sharing. Outside, enjoy your morning coffee in the cottage garden or take a short walk down to the shore to breathe in the sea air and watch for seals and seabirds along the coast.
