“we love staying at Serenti Hotel every time we are in Saipan. It's location is perfect. Everything is within walking distance. Staff is friendly and room is clean and comfy. I would highly recommend staying there. Oh and the price is really affordable.”

“무엇보다 한인 사장님께서 너무나 친절하셨습니다. 체크인 할 때부터 필요한 게 있으면 언제나 이야기 해달라고 웃으며 말씀하셨습니다. 시설은 오래 되었지만 복도 마다 전자레인지와 정수기가 있어서 슈퍼에서 사온 음식들이나 컵라면 등을 해먹기에 좋았습니다. 골프장을 알아봐야 되는 상황에서는 사장님께서 지인을 통해 예약도 잡아주시고 도움을 많이 주셔서 사이판에 있는 동안 내내 감사했습니다. 웬만한 쇼핑몰이나 슈퍼마켓에서 거리가 5분 정도씩 걸리는 아주 좋은 위치에 있었고, 제일 유명한 한식당까지도 3분이면 가는 거리에 있습니다. 위치적으로도 최고의 선택이었습니다. 사장님 잘 지내다 갑니다. 기회되면 다시 뵙겠습니다.”

“設備は古いですが部屋は広く清潔でした。 ベッドは大きいので12歳と大人で使っても余裕でした。 1階の売店は便利で、朝はおかゆやスープを買って部屋でたべました。パンナコッタがおいしくて毎日食べてました。揚げたてのドーナツもおいしいです。 ランチやディナーは1階のひまわりレストランが安くておいしくてすぐに料理が出てきておすすめです。”

“The hotel was generally good, but some signs of aging were noticeable, such as the water slide being out of operation. The staff were very attentive and responded sincerely to our questions. Since the hotel offers a variety of services, I felt it would be helpful to research or inquire in advance to make the most of your stay. In other words, without prior preparation, you might miss out on some of the services provided, which could be a bit of a waste. If that happens, checking with the staff...
