“The views of the lake were nice from the balcony, breakfast was fine however they double charged me for my stay. I paid Expedia for three nights and the hotel still charged me for three nights. I have had a difficult time getting my money refunded now for over a month. I am an extremely dissatisfied customer.”

“We loved our time at this property and would definitely recommend others to visit during their time in Panama. Sure, the lodges are a little rustic in places but they are perfectly comfortable. The setting in the lake is beautiful, with a great pool, free kayaking facilities and places to completely switch off. I loved how calm and relaxing the place was. “Breakfast is great, front desk I asked for an extra towel but never received it every day I extended my stay the front desk failed schedule my room to be cleaned, I speak Spanish perfectly so they understand what I tell them”
