This really affected our experience in Jiufen, especially during the summer heat. We were moved to another property farther away that required climbing many stairs, which was inconvenient with luggage. Unfortunately, the replacement room also did not meet expectations, as it felt unclean and poorly maintained.”

“The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help you plan your route and timing to see each attraction in the area. The room was much bigger than I expected and very clean despite how many bugs there were outside. I don’t know how they managed to keep it so clean, it was very impressive. 100/10”
