You do need to rent a car or at least we did because we’re older and walking distance or riding bicycles is not our thing. “Great location, great place. Everything was as advertised. Owners were very responsive. Our family loved our stay here. The deck was a great place to view the canal, sit and eat (and bar-b-que). Inside the house was good too but we didn't spend much time inside. The kitchen had everything we needed. The airconditioning in the bedrooms was nice for sleeping. “The pro's: The airport is only minutes away and much of the snorkeling, beaches, national park and 2 small grocery stores are just a short drive away. The apartment is so very clean, the rooms are spacious and the available beach chairs, cooler and umbrella to use are a great extra. “We loved the villa! It was very peaceful and convenient to access the beach and Leeward Highway. It was a perfect place to hub for exploring the island. We most enjoyed lots of time on the patio. Communication was great as was the availability of beach gear like chairs, umbrella and snorkeling equipment. Highly recommend!”
