“Probably the nicest villa we've stayed at in many years of coming to Italy; beautifully situated right on Como with a swimming dock that private boat rentals can also come to directly. There is easy access to town walking along a protected pedestrian pathway separated from the road. The house itself is well appointed -- the bedrooms are all very comfortable with good AC and plenty of storage; the fridge is large and gas range was great for cooking the nights we stayed in. “We had a very pleasant time in the cottage. The owners are very friendly and helpful. On arrival we were given a delicious bottle of wine. The cottage is equipped with all comforts. The surroundings and the view are beautiful and there are several hiking trails available directly from the cottage. It is wonderfully quiet and peaceful. Recommended is the Pizzeria St. Anna in Livo where we have eaten several times. The only thing missing were a few small things in the kitchen, such as a wooden one...

“Vor Anreise meldete sich die Agentur bei uns mit allen Infos. Dadurch konnten wir das Haus einfach finden und der Check-In lief reibungslos. Überraschend war, dass es ein paar Meter weiter, weitere Parkplätze gab was sehr gut war denn der Parkplatz vor dem Haus war für unser Auto zu klein (Achtung bei Anreise mit großem Auto auch wegen enger und steilen Straßen) Sehr gut war außerdem die Kommunikation mit unserer Ansprechpartnerin Claudia die uns immer half, wenn es etwas zu beachten gab. “Das Häuschen ist perfekt für eine Familie, da man auf 2 Stockwerken lebt. So ist Platz für alle. Leider gibt es nur 1 Dusche....das ist ein riesen Engpass mit 5 Kindern. Aber hat geklappt. Die Heizung ist des öfteren ausgefallen, aber mein Mann ist ein 'Handyman' und konnte alles leicht wieder in Schwung bringen. Küche ist gut ausgestattet und funktioniert gut. Die Lage ist prima, für kleinere Kinder allerdings gar nicht empfehlenswert, da man die Sachen vom Auto weit tragen muß und die Straße...

“La struttura di per sé è carina, ma purtroppo lasciata a sé stessa. Scarsa comunicazione sulle modalità di check-in che viene fatto in un posto lontano dal residence. La pulizia della camera nella media, purtroppo ci siamo ritrovati delle ragnatele sopra il letto. In tarda serata è mancata l'acqua calda, purtroppo. Il posto è comodo per vedere il lago e la villa del Balbaniello, ma per il resto c'è poco. Nel complesso la permanenza è stata piacevole grazie alla piscina esterna, ma reputo il...
