“Molto comodo monolocale grande rispetto alla media, noi eravamo in 4 e avevamo spazi più che sufficienti. Disponibilità di acquisti in struttura per cialde caffè. Pulizia ottima, eventuali cambi biancheria sempre disponibili con self service, entrate e uscite dalla struttura con codice quindi senza bisogno di chiave o tessera magnetica. Ragazze della reception molto carine e gentili.”

“Excellent location. Walking distance to almost everything. Train/bus station right across the street. Was disappointed in the amenities, no shampoo or no conditioner. Only provided 2 coffee pods for a three night stay, no option to replenish pods. It was very noisy at this location, could hear all the traffic and people at night so no good sleeps here. ”

“Bell’hotel avevamo una camera al piano terra quindi difficilmente potevamo aprire le tende e finestre perche ci passavano davanti le persone e l’aria condizionata non c’era Comunque per il resto abbastanza pulita comodi i servizi alla Hall ed anche gli utensili da cucina”

I had trouble unlocking the door which turned out to be my own fault, but it was stressful being stuck in the corridor with no way that I was aware of to get help. An email I sent at the time was answered a few hours later. I ended up waiting in the lobby for someone else to enter the building and they helped me. I also couldn't access wifi when I...
