ApartHotel a Isola di Cat Ba

“Like others have posted. Check in is a complete nightmare. Rooms not ready, Wrong room, No front desk help as it is owned by private parties renting the rooms. No fridge, dining plates or silverware. They lied to Expedia and said they gave us the correct room. Also A/C is limited to how cool it will go and turns off in the middle of each night.”

“Stille rom, flott treningssenter og badstue/steambadstue. Lett å komme seg inn på hotellet. Gode senger. Flott utsikt fra 29 etg.”

“Lovely staff and great breakfast options that are included in the stay. Would highly recommend!!”

“Highly recommended ”

“Hotel very amazing ”

“Clean space rooms. Excellent location ”

“The room is quite and there is a WinMart nearby, which is very convenient. I had a very comfortable stay. However, the sofa blocks the Kichenenette, so I hope the layout can be adjusted.”

“10/10”

“Everything was great, especially the clean room and bathroom and good breakfast. The only minor drawback was that when we were in a rush to check out, they asked us to wait while they had someone check our room, which is an unreasonable process. It took so long, we just left.”
