Capsule Hotel a Isola di Cat Ba

“We had a wonderful stay. The personal was excellent, the room was wonderful. Won't hesitate to come back.”

“Ottima posizione. Staff sempre disponibile e gentile. Bona la stanza e gli spazi.”

“Cat Ba View Hotel may not be the most modern or luxurious hotel, and it doesn't offer amenities like a pool or gym, but what it lacks in facilities, it more than makes up for in hospitality. This is a small, family-run hotel, and Nam, the owner, along with his family, truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their genuine kindness, warmth, and exceptional hospitality made our stay memorable. It's the kind of personal attention and care that you rarely find at larger hotels. If...

“Very clean room and extremely kind and helpful staff! They helped me book all my transportation and gave great recommendations.”

“Staff and facilities are excellent. Trang organised all our trips and transfers faultlessly.”

“Like others have posted. Check in is a complete nightmare. Rooms not ready, Wrong room, No front desk help as it is owned by private parties renting the rooms. No fridge, dining plates or silverware. They lied to Expedia and said they gave us the correct room. Also A/C is limited to how cool it will go and turns off in the middle of each night.”

“Nice overall, some mold on curtains”

“Hotel was clean and staff, like most Vietnamese were lovely, very friendly and very helpful. Hard to get any information from hotel due to a little bit of communication breakdown on the day we tried, but there are plenty of tour shops around the area. A lot of construction across the road, but it will be amazing when finished.”

“Great and beautiful place, in a quait village outside catba town. Better to take the bungalows around the pool !!. They are perfect. The staff is nice and helpful with all you need. The pool is beautiful and relaxing. Restaurant is good . highly reccomend this place.”

“The hotel is tucked away in a small side street from the street, but clearly marked and easy to find. The staff (one guy and his family) were great and friendly and very helpful, arranging a day tour and a bus to Haiphong for me. The room itself was nice, though no windows, but had a desk and multiple wall chargers. I do wish the room had a water kettle of its own. But that elevator! I loved the elevator and the ding sound it made when reaching a floor and how it would trail upwards! What a...

“Cat ba Serena homestay was an amazing experience. Our family of five felt so comfortable, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Linda was very responsive and instrumental in organizing a full day boat tour which did not disappoint ( we even saw the endangered langur monkeys sleeping on the cliff). Our second day we rented motorbikes from The homestay and explored the island including caves within the national park. Our kids especially enjoyed the food at the homestay- amazing...

“Very nice place, good area. Nice staff.”
