“Staff were great and very helpful. Room could have been better and No TV. Is not close to town which is fine but it forces you to rent a bike to get around or get a cab. Overall experience, good. ”

“Clean room. Not all pools were accessible at the time of our stay, but indoor pool was lovely, steam room was out of action but sauna was good. Ouside pool was cold but refreshing, a bit early in the season for this one. Restaurants good, so many food options. It took a little time for us to work out the lift and bridge access between the 3 buildings but got there. Beaches were gorgeous and Cat Ba Town easy direct walk or lovely coastal path just slightly longer. Really loved our stay here. ”
