“The hotel was lovely. Really friendly staff. We've just visited and the pool was very quiet and we mainly had it to ourselves. Not sure if this is due to time of year. The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool is very deep though even the smaller one.”

What stood out about my experience was the customer service from the ground floor staff especially. Mya and Lucie helped make our stay so convenient and put our mind at ease. “Been more than 10 years of traveling but this is the first time I have to move out in the middle of the booking cause their bad services. Staffs very unhelpful, no welcome drink, restaurant taste bad, room are not clean as request. General Manager were careless attitude and accused me for complaining to get benefits. They promised to give me the refund for the night that i didnt stay but i am not sure i could still get it back. This hotel definitely not qualified as 5 stars. And its a shame of...

“Checked in early, staff accommodated my request to be located on the same floor as my friend who checked in a few hours earlier. Very prompt and efficient room cleaning - room turned over within the time I had my breakfast. Lounge staff very polite, friendly and helpful. Nice views all around, bed was comfortable with a pillow menu, and TV had many movie channels to choose from.”
