"Eccellente e lussuoso albergo a pochi metri da Nanjing road, ma lontano dal relativo caos. Stanza enorme e dotata di ogni comfort, personale gentile e fluente in Inglese, colazione varia ed abbondante (comprese opzioni dolci) nell'elegante hall al pianterreno."

"When it comes to location, this hotel is simply unbeatable. Staying right in the heart of Shanghai, with everything within reach, made it one of the best choices I could have made for this trip. Breakfast is generous and varied, particularly if you enjoy Asian cuisine or warm cooked meals in the morning. For those with more Western tastes, the options feel somewhat limited and, after a few days, quite repetitive. The room – and this is where things fall short. I stayed in a suite, which naturally raises the expectation of extra care and attention. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Over 3 nights, the room was not cleaned once. Not a single time. I had eaten at the desk, tidied up as much as I could, but a simple wipe-down of the surface was clearly needed. A piece of fruit core left on the table on day one remained there until checkout – a small detail, perhaps, but a telling one. I flagged the issue directly at the front desk, yet nothing changed. To be fair, the housekeeper assigned to the floor was genuinely friendly and kind – this may well be a hotel policy rather than a personal failing. Bottom line: Despite everything, I would not rule out returning. The location is simply too good to dismiss. However, if cleanliness and attention to detail matter to you – and they should, especially in a suite – make sure to address expectations clearly at check-in. These are my honest observations. Yours to judge."

"Ottima struttura con personale attento, educato e disponibile. Ottima anche la M-Club veramente interessante. La posizione di questa struttura è ottima. Attaccata alla People Square consente di girare Shanghai senza problemi a piedi o in metropolitana. Consiglio a tutti."

"Posizione perfetta se si vuole stare nel centro, ma avere accesso rapidamente alla metropolitana che con la linea 2 ti porta ai due aeroporti della città, alla stazione di Hongqiao e al NECC. Con la linea 10 con una sola fermata si arriva a YuGarden. Ristorante cinese di livello. Ottima anche la steak house. Il ristorante per la colazione è un po’ caotico e ripetitivo, ma comunque di buon livello, con prodotti freschi. Hotel consigliato."

"Hotel in ottima posizione vicino a tutte le aree più importanti e interessanti della città. Fermata della metropolitana a 100 metri . Camera grande letti comodi . Il bagno era non molto comodo essendo il lavandino nella stanza e quindi pica privacy . Colazione abbastanza buona . "
