“Beautiful rooms, but terrible cleanliness and serviceThe Good: The rooms are beautiful and spacious, and the continental breakfast has a great sweet and savory selection. The Bad: The cleanliness was unacceptable for a 4-star resort. The toilet bidet was covered in mold (plus other mold around the bathroom), and the exhaust fan had a thick layer of dust. Furthermore, booking details promised daily housekeeping, but at check-in, we were told it only happens every 4 days. We stayed 5 nights and no...

“Ottima colazione e personale gentile e disponibile.

“The twin room was very spacious for two adults. Amenities in the room were excellent. We had free parking, a refrigerator, smart tv, business style bathroom with washlet, and laundry on the first floor. When asking for more pillows, the staff were very responsive and we got it ten minutes later. This was our second stay at the hotel amd would be happy to stay here again.”

“Love it , will recommend”

“Elevator smells bad .. carpets are old and smell mouldy .. guests with children should be more mindful of guests in other rooms . Very thin walls didn’t sleep much with banging and stomping above us”
