“施設移動が不便専用カート移動を勧められるが予約時は全くわからなかった。１日7千円‼️ 普通に車移動で良いのでは無いか全体的に建物は古く感じたが、清潔感含めて普通チェックインで、椅子で待つ様にと言われ並んで座ってましたが、後から来た方を先に案内し、指摘をしましたが、対応は変わらなかった。私は指摘と同時に受付が始まる。あの方々がスタッフに言われて待って居るのに何も対応しないのは不信感しかない”

“La struttura è molto moderna e accogliente, le piscine esterne e la piscina al coperto sono tutte molto belle. Il prezzo per la colazione è folle 5060 yen al giorno a persona, così come eccessivi sono i prezzi dei ristoranti. Addebitano 330 yen al giorna a testa a titolo di "resort fee" che non ho ben capito cosa rappresenti. Puliscono la camera ogni 2 giorni con la scusa di essere ecofriendly ma evidentemente per risparmiare sui costi. Anche l'assenza di bottigliette di acqua complementary...
