Staff was realy nice an friendly and give us a good intro. Communication was easy and good. Room was ok but not like on the picture. But clean and in good condition, shower an AC worked well. Hell in the Paradise
I got bitten by bad bugs. That's all! The service is generally very poor. The staff doesn't speak English. The amenities of the resort are not maintained properly (we had a rice plate in the pool bar, a bit of food falled on the bar and it stayed there for the whole length of our stay - 5 days). ...
