“The food choice is phenomenal. Every morning, you have more than 30-40 freshly made delicious west and east food choices. If you get up late, there will be even a line. We travel in the summer, the peak season. The space is small compared to American hotel rooms, but new and comfortable. The service staff always tried to be personal and offer their best. It's expensive but we want to visit again immediately after we leave...”

And why is it 18$ to play tennis….? Plus more to rent a racket (this should be free for hotel guests paying for services)

no complimentary bottles of water;
laundry service expensive and abslotely weak. I complained and nothing happeneded.
no paper notes in the room, nor a pencil just to wrtie a note.

“La struttura pur non decentrata non è esattamente in una zona comoda. Non v'è alcun appunto da muovere se non l'estrema cortesia e attenzione da parte di ognuno dei dipendenti. Ho trovato il portare un po' di frutta, un gesto semplice ma squisito.
Unico appunto è l'estrema rumorosità dell'impianto di condizionamento.”

“The shower was too hot or freezing. I asked to check it and solve the problem but nothing changed.
Moreover, while waiting the room the stuff was unkind with us. The room was not ready for the check in time so we just asked them to call us or send us a mail as soon as the room was ready and they answered that it was up to us to get in touch with them to have news because the hotel hosts a lot of people and they can't call everyone.”

Lo straconsiglio per la posizione strategica..con l'uscita metro dal hotel e stazione autobus a 2 passi. Camera grande e confortevole, con le lenzuola pulitissime....consigliatissimo👍

"Hanno portato le valigie in ritardo in camera e si sono scusati con una bottiglia di vino Italiano, per il mio compleanno mi è arrivata una piccola torta in camera. Molto carini"

"Ottima location arrivando in aereo e non necessitando di soggiornare in downtown. Comunque accessibilità alla city molto agevole con taxi e public transportations.

"In famiglia, abbiamo soggiornato 7 giorni. Hotel comodo alla fermata metro e molto comodo per la fermata bus. Camere non troppo spaziose ma per noi che rientravamo solo la sera erano adeguate. Bagno di dimensioni regolari, nota positiva: facendo la doccia il bagno NON si allagava.
Colazione a buffet molto varia, soprattutto nei prodotti locali, la parte dolce presente ma non esagerata. Comprensibile e per questo non critico negativamente.
Complessivamente siamo stati soddisfatti e mi sento di consigliare. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo."
