Residence a Isola di Leyte

“Great staff, clean room”

“Booked the room for my party of 11 and 5 rooms. Booked the room for 1 night and loved the property. We were offered to extent another night we would get a free night. So buy 2 nights and get 1 comped. Had to pay full price for the 5th room for our driver that didn't qualify. And we were good with that. Day 2 the mood changed and they were pressured to pay full charge for second night. And would have to transfer rooms of all 11 persons. We explained that this was dishonest and that they were not...

“Good”

“We were treated like VIP. Excellent Staff. Highly recommend. Only thing is the room are a bit on the small size but you dont book that type of place to stay in the room. Some places don't just take your breath away — they give it back to you, slower, deeper, better. 🌊 Blue Deep Resort in Padre Burgos, Southern Leyte is one of those places. The water here is so impossibly clear that you can look straight down from the surface and watch the coral gardens below — no mask, no fins, just pure...

“Bra triv8”

“This is a tough review for sure. Let’s start with the amazing. The STAFF it’s absolute first class amazing. The food at the Q restaurant is very good. The morning breakfast is amazing!!The location is perfect for getting around. Now the BAD We were upgraded to Room 704 which is a family suite. Beautiful room. Unfortunately the smart TV did not work and the Wi-Fi was nonexistent. We did asked to transfer rooms which ended up being 401. Much smaller room with the queen bed but at least the Wi-Fi...

“Great location with shopping literally outside the front entrance. Super clean and modern facility. Little bit on the more expensive side but overall fantastic. Staff were always professional. The breakfast buffet was great albeit limited seating but hotel did their best to accommodate everyone.”

“The place has a new owner, thereby the room is very sparse, no glasses, no hangers, the cr drainage is not functioning well, no bidet (hoping for at least a pail with tub)”

“Vel was the best, was just a quick last minute stop over. But the property manager was amazing. Even drove us then picked us up after a nice restaurant dinner at a fantastic place you would never know without her recommendation.”

“We loved this place.”

“Had bed bugs and would allow to switch rooms. Got bit up. Terrible experience”
