“Buen lugar para pasar en familia, excelentes instalaciones y espectacular vista. Sin duda regresaremos.”

“When we arrived we were not provided a door code to get in the building and waited out front going over all the emails in case we just missed seeing the code, to no avail. Eventually a man opened the door but he wasn't the host but he did build the hotel. He finally whatsapped the host to find out which room was ours, but again we were given no code. The ring camera at the door didnt work either. Had he not opened the door by mere chance we never would have been able to get in and we would...

“Dopo una iniziale attesa non dovuta peraltro alla strurttura ma alla agenzia che ci aveva venduto il pacchetto, abbiamo optato per ripagare da zero il soggiorno con la speranza che poi ci venisse rimborsato. I due addetti alla prenotazione sono stati molto gentili e veloci. Bella camera con vista mare e piscine. Nuova secondo noi. Catena Radisson. “I had such a tranquil experience at this resort. Jovany is amazing and so helpful! It was my first time in Panama and this place welcomed me and it felt like home. I am definitely coming back. My secret sanctuary ❤️❤️”

“Arrived at ny 12 noon check in per my registration with a couple of bags of perishable items to cook over the stay. Once I arrived I was told that they do not do check in until 3 PM. I showed them that the check in per my reservation was at 12 noon and that I had purchased food that could not sit in a hot car for three hours. I was told that they would expedite the room cleaning and inform me soon on the check in. I returned in 45 minuted and there was another associate there that stated that...

“Amazing stay as always! We had a slight water issue out of the properties control but the response to accommodate and make us feel at home was beyond appreciated! Not enough stars! ”
