“La struttura si trova in un giardino botanico, da utilizzare solo per volo al mattino presto/arrivo la sera tardi visto che intorno non c'è nulla, tantomeno il mare. Da tenere presente che la stanza consiste in una tenda, non è un hotel! In generale la struttura è molto scenica, sicuramente però la manutenzione non è attenta e contribuisce a dare un'impressione di essere abbandonata a se stessa. Buon servizio il transfer gratuito da/per l'aeroporto.”

“The house felt neglected. Outdated electronics. No gauzed door to stop mosquito or bugs. Network is so bad. The wifi didn’t work for one night. The washing machine had so much dirt built up in filter that I had to clean before washing my clothes. The freezer wasn’t freezing - disappointed for paying so much and the place didn’t meet expectations.
The owner did try to compensate for network issues with a 50% refund on additional bed that was requested but with the amount we paid per night that...

“The room we were given had the toilet leaking its content on the floor, we waited more than 50 min and only after our protests we were given another room. It was dirty, with a lot of little cockroaches crawling on the floor. The lady at the counter was completely unfriendly and unhelpful. The position is very bad, exposed to a road of major traffic with a lot of noise all night.
Over, over, overpriced, in other countries I would pay few dollars for an hotel like this.And you guys of Hotels.com...

“The room was spotless. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming. Because this B&B is actually part of the Aquarius hotel, you can use their beach access and pool as well, which is nice. Although the BnB itself has a nice pool. Grocery store, beach and the yummiest restaurant (Beach Escape) within 5 minute walking distance. Will stay again. ”

“Serenity Island Resort offered us a truly memorable stay thanks to the incredible staff who made us feel like family. A special thank you to Emosi, Nate, David, Peter, and Seru for their kindness and hospitality. Our oceanfront bure had beautiful views, and we enjoyed walking in the shallow waters at low tide, spotting purple starfish and other sea life. Snorkeling was good all around the island, and the sandbar trip to the coral walls was a highlight.

“My boyfriend and I had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the very beginning, the welcome was exceptional — we were greeted with refreshing welcome cocktails, and a staff member kindly escorted us to our room while taking care of our luggage.
What really stood out was the level of care and attention: during a heavy storm, the staff even parked our car for us, which we truly appreciated.
Our room was very spacious and had a breathtaking view over the ocean, which made our stay even more...

“Ehhhhhh. We had a major issue checking in regarding room. After a day of writing to Hilton corporate , we finally were able to get the results we needed. Thank you GM Solte for your help and assistance. Staff all around 10/10. Food needs help as well as some areas of resort. Serum at the spa was excellent. I’ll visit again only for a few nights only do to the staffs hospitality . ”
