“La struttura è molto moderna e accogliente, le piscine esterne e la piscina al coperto sono tutte molto belle. Il prezzo per la colazione è folle 5060 yen al giorno a persona, così come eccessivi sono i prezzi dei ristoranti. Addebitano 330 yen al giorna a testa a titolo di "resort fee" che non ho ben capito cosa rappresenti. Puliscono la camera ogni 2 giorni con la scusa di essere ecofriendly ma evidentemente per risparmiare sui costi. Anche l'assenza di bottigliette di acqua complementary...

“The staff were friendly and kind but did not help with basic services such as helping guests to unload luggage. Since my travelling group contained myself and my young daughter, unloading was hard for us and we would have appreciated some help. The pricing was also not worth the hotel amenities and room. The room itself was neat and clean but very crammed, while the view was good but not anything extraordinary. However, it was convenient as it was right next to the American Village.”

“ホテルもロケーションも、海外旅行にきているような素敵な雰囲気でした。体感ですが宿泊客の半数以上が海外の方で、より気楽に過ごせました。 2歳の娘、初めての沖縄でしたがビーチもプールも綺麗で3泊ずっとホテルステイで大満足！スタッフさんもみなさん親切で居心地良かったです。近くでダイビングに行っていた夫も、青の洞窟にも潜れて綺麗な海だと満足していました。ホテル徒歩圏内にご飯屋さんもたくさんあるので食事にも困りません。うちの夏の家族旅行は、毎年ここに来ます。”

“The hotel is very nice and the staff has outstanding customer service. My only gripe is that is regarding the alleged amenities and the fact they are not all on the property at the Doubletree Hotel. You have to walk to the Hilton, which is sort of close but also far when you expected all amenities to be at the property.
