“The staff gave us a room that could accommodate 5 guest when 2 additional guests showed up last minute. The property was unclean and not at all maintained. The carpet was stained and chairs had stained seat. The gym was out of order and the room had a distinct odor. We asked for a roller bed and the mattress left marks of spring on the back and couldn’t sleep at all. The manager next morning didn’t try to fix. Eventually, had to just get another room.”
