Easy walk into Kenmare for restaurants, pubs and history, plus easy access to a day or two spent exploring the Ring of Kerry. “Come for the views, stay for the peace and quiet. If you're looking for the "Irish farm house feel" this is the one! Nestled deep in the countryside on a hill overlooking where Atlantic ocean meets ths Kenmare river. Walking into the house made feel like I was at my Grandparents home (in idaho). We loved it. Would move here in a heartbeat We thouroghly enjoyed "Nan’s hotel". We are already planning a return visit.”

“Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche im Mulroe House und seiner Umgebung verbracht. Die Gastgeberin zeigte sich herzlich zugewandt und in praktischen Dingen sehr hilfsbereit. Anders als die anderen beiden Mietobjekte im Gebäudekomplex hat das Mulroe House keinen Blick zum Wasser hin, das hätte uns anhand der Fotos klar sein müssen, war es leider nicht. Dennoch haben wir uns in dem Haus mit seinen gemütlichen Ecken sehr wohlgefühlt.”

“Our family of 17 celebrated a special birthday at this wonderful home. Even though it was large enough to accommodate all of us, it was a warm and comfortable place for all of us. It was within walking distance to many restaurants, pubs, grocery stores and golf course. Patrick and Victoria were always within a phone call or email if we needed them. I would highly recommend the Shelburne Lodge and if I could I would rate it 5 1/2 stars.”
