“What a wonderful hotel! Very comfortable, cozy, and quiet, with a beautiful garden and pools! Excellent on-site restaurants. Friendly staff. We felt incredibly comfortable the whole time! It may not be the newest hotel, but we've been to neighboring giant hotels, and in terms of comfort and luxurious, relaxed living, we know Sofitel is the best! The children's entertainment area is simply amazing! Thank you for a wonderful stay!”

Very nice hotel -staff very helpful, convenient location in haitang sanya, rooms and facilities are very clean and comfortable, with big family rooms. My butler Bobby has been great help to us, patient and experienced. Kids club is great for family, staff well trained and great to kids. There are lots kids pools with staff looking after customers all the time, Alan has been very helpful when we were playing near the kids pool....
