“We stayed three nights at Aldeia de Cuada in mid-October. The atmosphere and vibe of this restored old village is calm and exactly what we wanted. The valley surrounding the village is full of lush vegetation and waterfalls and was a great home base to visit Flores. For $10 Euros/morning you can start the day off with the best breakfast and go exploring. Their pool is heated, you can take old trails to surrounding villages and the must see Poço da Ribeira do Ferreiro is right around the corner....

“Casa Vicente exceeded our expectations! The house was clean, and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Susana the host was very sweet and friendly and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our stay. She provided a lot of information about Flores Island, such as restaurants and tour suggestions. Loved the big bathroom, the shower was great. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped.
