Cottage a Isola Meridionale

“The accommodation did not reflect what was showed in the photos. The floors were grossly uneven in each room, and it didn't feel like the wee sanctuary that was detailed in the description. It was super close to the main road and was very noisy (constant loud trucks thundering past). The worst aspect of this stay was when the cleaner turned up with her family AN HOUR before checkout time!!! She insisted she HAD to start cleaning then and there and couldn't come back an hour later, so she pushed...

“The kitchen was great, it’s a lovely cottage set in beautiful gardens. ”

“It's lovely basic bach and comes with a functional kitchen with stove tops and oven. It's near Arthur's Pass railway station and was not positively surprised with the amount of train traffic late at night and early morning, not ideal for light sleepers. Surroundings are stunning though especially with the fresh snow on the mountains. Walking distance to the village.”

“Great view from the lounge window featuring a fantastic kinetic sculpture. Gracious, friendly host met us when we pulled up and made us feel very welcome. Everything we needed was available. Stayed just one night, but would definitely return.”

“Great location, we would love to come back in the Summer when it's the fishing season.”

“Comfy beds and pillows. Warm and cosy”

“Easy late check-in and early checkout process; clean/cozy and tastefully appointed; Netflix on the big screen was a plus for the kids; lovely view and easy walking distance to the beach:-)”
