“Peter and Tessa were incredibly helpful and welcoming, also very communicative prior to our arrival, which is always appreciated. We mostly appreciate their kindness as it was my husband's birthday on the day we arrived and I ordered some slices of cake from a nearby bakery, which they accepted and kept ready in the room for us when we arrived. “Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Our room was spacious, modern and very clean. Easy parking and location was close to restaurants for dinner. An enjoyable stay and we would gladly return. ”

“Great place to crash while in Queestown, modern facilities and comfortable stay. It's also close to the city center, just a couple of minutes walk. The app did not work very well for the check-in for us - luckily, the girl at the reception was very nice and helped us complete the check-in.”

“Reception staff were really helpful when we turned up having failed to get into the property we were booked into. We booked through Expedia while at the reception desk after they confirmed that the room (the only room available) could be changed to a twin. As there was no one else available, the reception staff went to make the change themselves. Room was clean and as described with views of lake and mountains.”
