“The first thing when I walked into the room was the smell, the moldy smell with the very dirty carpet made me feel anxious and I was scared that the bed was going to be just as bad. The wall had a loose flap hanging and the shower was definitely not clean. I couldn't sleep because of the constant noise and people talking.
I will think twice before I book a room again.”
