“Stayed for a week and enjoyed every minute. The view out of the two picture windows facing the ocean was mesmerizing for two land-locked folks from Nebraska. The unit was very clean, new and nicely decorated. Kitchen appliances, utensils, pots and pans, glasses, plates and bowls all very clean and high quality. “This VRBO has a panoramic view of the Ketchikan harbor as advertised. This unit is perfect for a couple. We didn't have a vehicle during our stay, so we walked a lot. There are steep hills and lots of stairs which should be considered if that is an issue. Taxi service is reasonable and responsive if needed. We visited during the off-tourist season but were able to find several nice places to eat. ”

“The Bear Den was a great home base for our family of 4 in Ketchikan. We could easily head into town or south to see eagles and bears, or head north for open views and whale watching. The balcony was a great place to end the day with family games and a view. Comfy beds and setup. Loved this property.”
