“It was my first time staying in a cottage, and it turned out to be a very pleasant experience. The interior was beautifully done, with a kitchenette and a cozy living room featuring a fireplace (though we didn’t use it). There’s no restaurant on-site, but there’s a hunting lodge restaurant right next to the cottage, which was convenient. “We had a great stay at Berry View. The cottage is so nice and well equipped, in a calm and beautiful landscape . The Terrasse is great and we loved the BBQ . Liz and Martyn are very nice hosts and gave us valuable tips on local things to see. Everything went fine and easy-going.”

“Fabulous place to get away! ”

“It was wonderful. It was a late night arrival after a stormy drive and such a pleasant welcoming. Too cold to try the pool. We were greeted by the owners upon arrival and also saw them when leaving who were very pleasant to chat with, as was the dog that carried a rubber boot around. Everything was modern and easy to use. Of the highlights were the home made bread along with jam and fresh farm eggs left for us, and awaking to see lambs just outside the windows with cattle not far in the pasture....
