“Was happy with the staff at United..unfortunately not so impressed with 'wotif' ( third party booking ).. Got to United only to find there was no room available ( one i had book 2 months in advance)..Had booking references Numbers and whats more ..i actually rang the hotel 2 minutes after i had made the booking ( just to confirm) and they said yes all is fine?? After a 45 minute wait while staff located us a room we had somewhere to stay..( myself and my two sons) one of which was flying out...

“Ostello in pieno centro a Rotorua con possibilità di prendere come la nostra camere matrimoniali con bagno privato chiaramente a un prezzo maggiore. Camere abbastanza piccole ma funzionali, camera pulita anche se in bagno abbiamo trovato un capello non nostro.....letto comodo...alla reception Ping pong e biliardo gratuito e offerte di tante escursioni a prezzi scontati!!! Personale molto accogliente”

“Ian is a good bloke, very chatty. He gave us a warm welcome and is considerate of our needs. The property location is very convenient, near shops. The room is comfy, we slept well through the night. They have a friendly fluffy cat that roams around the property, he's up for cuddles if you're keen.”

“È stata la mia prima esperienza di bagno condiviso. ..mai più! Le camere sono vecchie, la maniglia della porta per andare in bagno ci è quasi rimasta in mano, ma soprattutto era sporca. Abbiamo trovato un guscio di pistacchio in uno dei letti, le lenzuola erano sporche e l'unico punto d'appoggio in camera, una scrivania, era appiccicosa. Decisamente non lo consiglierei a nessuno. ”
