“We hadn't stayed at a holiday camp before and we'd do it again. Our room had a private bathroom kitchenette and TV.”

“A beautiful location for a laid back vacation. Close enough to the village centre to walk. Lots of places nearby to explore, Cathedral Cove, Hot Water Beach, Cook's Beach. We were there in the off-season so we understandand, but getting dinner each night was a bit of a challenge with only one restaurant (which was off-site) open.”

“This is such a lovely retreat, all credit to manager Kelly and her family. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome and it was much appreciated. The refurbished rooms were nice, clean and warm and the private shower was awesome. We had an awesome time and were lucky to see two kiwi on the grass near the bush even though it was raining, and we heard lots more. It was really magical!”

“The room, bed, and bathroom were very clean, and the kitchen facilities were excellent. The Japanese-made air conditioner was high-performance and easy to use. The only negative point was that the Wi-Fi connected, yet it showed ' Wi-Fi not connected to the internet' from the 2nd day. That was a little inconvenient. ”
