"Das Resort ist sehr schön und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr interessant sind auch immer die Gespräche mit dem deutschen Eigentümer gewesen. Wer einen weißen Sandstrand erwartet, ist hier leider fehl am Platze, auch wenn der Ausblick aufs Meer hier immer sehr schön war. Die Verpflegung ..."

"Staff is great and friendly. The bed in the room was terribl. Mattress is like sleeping on a sheet of plywood. Impossible to sleep on your side. Other things I didn't like...only 2 bath towels. In the heat I took two showers a day and had to reuse towel for second one. Should have 4 towels per room. ..."

"This hotel was not registered online booking with your hotels.com. thus the booking offers was not accepted by the hotel palau for my 7 days stayed.. I ended up paying the complete full rates of 11,850pesos. This should not be happening. The refunds exercise should be implemented to customer like ..."
