“In no way this is a 5 star resort. Completely overpriced for the level of services provided. Staff members were all polite but definitely not well trained and transactional, food very mediocre. Spectacular location. This resort is priced at the level of an Aman or Mandarin Oriental-type property and it is very far away from that. Very disappointing for the price we paid.

“My stay was extremely disappointing. Reception repeatedly ignored calls and never call you back — the phone rang more than ten times before they answer . Basic room essentials were missing, including coffee, milk, sugar, and body wash. This is unacceptable for any hotel standard, and the lack of service shows poor management and zero attention to guests’ needs.”
