“We had the most comfortable 4 day stay at Ratanui. Everything was better than expected! What made the stay exceptional was the amazing staff. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and right at home. The chefs and the menu were such an unexpected surprise! The food and presentation so far exceeded our expectations. 5 stars all the way!”
“Worst place to stay! After a 30 day trip in all of NZ this was the worst. The food was terrible, the customer service unacceptable. I would do a day hike in the park and have the water taxi take you back to Kaiteriteri ”
“We've been here for few days. The room was really big, clean and comfortable (with dvd player and a lot of dvds to rent from the reception!). Wifi works very well and the owners are very very kind and nice. The best place absolutely in Nelson!!!!!”
