“No front desk. Check in and check out were confusing. We were required to use an i-pad to check in and create our own key card (no human contact). We were assured that we could request translation of steps/ instructions provided on i-pad from French to English, which we did using the ipad app. This helped a little. But key steps, instructions and rules were still in French. When we checked out the information provided online was in Spanish? We liked the layout of unit but thought...

“We loved the view! River felt an arms-length away. Watching the sun go down over the river was was sublime. Bed was comfy, place was spectacularly located… and morning breakfast overlooking the river was spectacular. We’ll be back!”

“I was not prepared for the complete reliance on technology/electronics. There did not seem to be any person on site to talk with. Not a bad thing, just new to me. I was a little concerned about my car as the location is off the main road and no person was at a desk”
