“This is a wonderful “back to nature” experience. It is in the rainforest - expect rainforest conditions. The staff here are exceptionally helpful and friendly. The property is in an amazing location but needs a little updating while I appreciate that there is constant moisture in the air, some areas could be updated / painted and maintained a little better. Our stay here was still wonderful regardless.”

“I booked the suite as a birthday treat for myself so I was especially disappointed that it did not live up to the description. One of the biggest inconveniences was that there is no elevator so I had to carry my heavy suitcase up to the third floor when I arrived. After requesting a room change, I then had to carry all of my luggage back down and move it to another room myself.
