“An excellent place, all the staff very friendly and attentive, very comfortable rooms, quality beach service. My only suggestion is perhaps to add smoking areas, since on several occasions we had to share closed-off spaces with air conditioning and people smoking. I found it a bit unpleasant. I recommend Zel as a good place for vacation.”

“The service was impeccable from concierge to the wait staff to the pool staff. Daily housekeeping way great! The hotel is in a great location to visit attractions, for dining, and picking up some necessities. We only tried Tacos and Tequila and Ola for onsite dining, but both were excellent! We had a wonderful stay and plan to return in the future!”

“Absolutely loved the Reserve at the Paradisus. Many different restaurants to choose from. Private pools and beach areas for Reserve guests. Also private dining choices as well. Entertainment for all ages.”

“There are beautiful spaces within the hotel and a truly wonderful space outside by the pool area, steps away from the lovely beach. The staff was just great- kind and very friendly service. I enjoyed the music in the lobby by the dining area, and there is comfortable seating all over where you can relax and take it all in. My group had a great time staying at this property. ”
