“We were in the cheapest room type so we weren't expecting a view but in fact we could see sideways across the bay and inland which was very green. The room was comfortable and nicely furnished with plenty of storage. It had two chairs and a little table which means you don't always have to sit on the bed. “The room has lovely sea views but the carpet is heavily stained and the decor generally quite tired. The room was also incredibly hot despite being offered a fan by the helpful staff. It is a great hindrance that the windows cannot be opened more than a few inches. For a hotel of this reputation and in this price range, air conditioning should be incorporated throughout.
