“I would not stay here again. The villa smelled musty, and there was something living in the ceiling - possibly a large lizard. There were three buildings behind the locked gate of my "villa," each with a bedroom/bathroom combo, and one with living area and kitchen with an upstairs balcony that was open to the elements - bugs, mosquitos, critters. I reserved a one bedroom with private pool. The living area and kitchen were located in another building, as mentioned above, and I did not use it....

“The villas are beautiful and spacious. Centrally located in seminyak, easy walk to the beach and shops. Was easy to get room service or eat at the restaurant. Was great value for what we paid.”

Pros: Stunning location overlooking the beach. Villa #14 was incredible: breathtaking view, magical sunrise, huge private villa with 3 independent suites, garden and pool. Great activities (morning yoga, traditional dances, beach shuttles). Convenient water dispenser and buggy service. Friendly drivers and restaurant staff. Good food...

“Le check in et le check out étaient rapides et efficaces! Le staff est adorable, sympathique et réactif. Ils répondent très vites à nos demandes! La villa et le village sont aussi beaux et adorables que sur les photos! La piscine est superbe aussi! Il y’a un dayclub où on peut manger, on y a déjeuné et dîné à quelques reprises et la nourriture était bonne! On a adoré notre séjour!”

“The villa was exceptional. We stayed in Villa Cendana which has 4 double bedrooms. The property is only 3 months old and is spotless. The dining areas inside and outside are great for entertaining and the lounge and outside sofas are beautiful. The private pool is huge about 12 metres by 4-5m, which is much bigger than we were expecting. The staff are so thorough and made sure that we were incredibly well looked after. They helped us with directions to the local laundry and how to operate...
