ApartHotel a Isole di Los

“The hotel manager was very helpful with all of our travel needs. The entire staff was friendly. Our room was spacious and clean with a great air conditioner (quiet and cool), a comfortable bed, an enclosed shower and a small refrigerator. Even the little things made a difference such as bottled water and tissues in the room.”

“I booked for one night because i was not sure about liking it but then i extended after the first night staff are very helpful and greeted us well Just maintenance is important to continue excellence specially floors and walls but overall it was excellent”

“Rooms cleaned daily. Excellent buffet breakfast and very reasonable prices for lunch and evening meal. Appreciate dollar exchange service and laundry service. Very helpful staff.”

“L’hôtel était très propre mais il n’y avait pas de serviette ni de savon, gel douche”

“Je commence d’abord par le personnel, je donne une note de 10/10. Nous avons passé de belles vacances. Les enfants ont beaucoup aimé surtout le petit déjeuner l’accueil,”

“A very good hotel.”

“Poor communication from the hotel manager and staff”
