“The hotel itself was really nice and new but there was a few things we weren’t happy with. False advertisement with amenities - cost an extra 1,100 yen per person just to use the pool and sauna! Also they will sneakily charge you 1,500 yen per day just to park your car? This they did not tell us upon check in. We arrived an hour before check in and asked about early check in only for them to say our room is ready but it will cost us an extra 1,100 yen to check in just one hour early?? We waited...
