“Great accomodation”

“It seems like the price is high for what you are getting. The location is beautiful by the ocean and within walking distance of the Bluff ocean trail. However, we were expecting a little bit more luxury. There was no unique character or coziness to the place you would expect of a boutique hotel. The staff are friendly and the bed was comfortable. The room was rather small, although it was over looking the ocean.”

“My partner and i stayed one night in mid july and would loved to have stayed longer. Clean tidy room, hosts were were welcoming and informative. would defiantly recommend but hope to get back there one day.”

“A surprising find and well worth staying here in a quiet cul de sac. Not far from Tauranga central and other amenities. The owners were great and helped us navigate the area. Breakfast was more than ample, quite a feast.”

“Conveniently located across from the marina, and close to several excellent local restaurants. There is a nice hike to the lighthouse from the hotel, and other great hikes that start a few kilometers (short drive) away. The attached restaurant was excellent and helpful in providing take-away lunch for my dive day. I really enjoyed my stay.”

“Stayed in the upper King room with the ocean view and it was as lovely as expected. Bedding was good and heater great to warm up on a cold winters day, really lovely deck and very clean!”
