“Incredible property, staff, location and experience. The bath house / sauna was exceptional. The workout gym area was essentially non-existent. That is the only downfall.”

“I've been very satisfied with my stay in this Hotel for 19 nights,rooms are comfortable and large,air conditioning sistem is really good,and the Hotel is near a Family Mart supermarket that is open 24 Hours. There are also whashing and drying machines,and that is very useful if you're gonna stay for many days. The breakfast room is large and clean,with a good choice of food for breakfast. “Lack of basic English is an issue at this “international” hotel. I was turned away at bell desk because she did not understand that I wanted to check activity schedules. She heard “check” and kept pointing to the check in counter despite my trying several times to speak slowly and using gestures.
