“A particular excellent note to the Chef from Marseille Eric at CSpice restaurant : great cook, really kind and professional person. The complete structure is absolutely beautiful and clean. Well situated on the island. The laundry service for towels in the bathroom receives a black point from us : in one week we received once towels with bloody marks and once towels with big holes. Not in the right way for the level of the hotel”

“La struttura è molto bella e molto ben tenuta. La camera era spaziosa e con tutto ciò che serve per dei pasti veloci; bello e comodo il terrazzo con meravigliosa vista sul mare. Ottimi i due ristoranti e anche la panetteria. Il personale è risultato sempre cortese, disponibile e sorridente. Abbiamo chiesto un cambio di camera e il late check out e hanno fatto di tutto per accontentarci. Grazie, torneremo sicuramente. 😊”

“My family and I had another wonderful stay here. (Our 3rd time) The view from our room was breathtaking. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food was good and happy hour was fun!! Kitchen in the room was a huge bonus. Plan to stay here again in the future.”

“Great, clean, new property with helpful staff. Near the airport in relatively quiet place, but if you like always active lifestyle, this property is about 4/5 km away from the main activity area. You will either need a car or need to take taxi to all events. Nice small pool. We like bit of quiet place after a day full of activity so this was perfect for us. We would definitely recommend it to others. ”

“The check in process was a nightmare. Took hours . So we had to just wait around. Then when we finally got someone to take us to the room, she left us and we didn’t know where she went, so we had to wait on someone else. When we got to our villa, it was hot, the air was not on. Each room had separate air conditioner, but the rooms had windows you could not close to keep air in. The pool was not cleaned. The WiFi didn’t work, so they had to bring us a hot spot instead. “Booked well in advance but gave away our room and expected my 17 yr old daughter to sleep in a couch bed for $800+ per night. Gave us the room the next day. No mention of booking palapas in advance until you get there, and clearly not enough for everyone. Only way to guarantee one was to pay $30 Per day. Overworked wait staff on the beach. Very crowded Beach. Not enough seating in the lounge to enjoy a cocktail at the end of the day. Won’t be returning”

“Abbiamo soggiornato per due settimane presso questa struttura nel mese di settembre 2025. La posizione e' ottima per organizzare tour in auto per tutta l'isola, parcheggio vicinissimo e struttura situata di fronte a Mambo beach ma, per chi non fosse interessato al caos, conta su una spiaggia privata bella e confortevole. La cucina del ristorante Olas y Tapas e' davvero ottima, il personale -Blanca, Paula, lo chef Diego,e il resto dello staff - sono gentili, disponibili e preparano ottimi pasti....

“The resort is beautiful, it feautures nice rooms in the midst of a wonderful tropical garden. The beach is also nice and we strongly recommend the mood sushi restaurant. However we were really disappointed with the service, which was generally cold. In particular there was a lady at the reception with curly hair and glasses who was hasty and quite arrogant. “Stayed here on our last day before flying home. Arrived before noon after checking out of another accommodation. We were prepared to have them hold our bags until our room was ready. Kenedra (sorry don’t remember her name exactly) at the front desk was amazing. She offered us an upgrade and let us check in immediately. We hung out at the pool for the afternoon. Pool and hot tub are incredible! Room was clean and comfortable. The only reason for the 4* for staff was due to the young man...

“We loved our stay at Privida! The stay was better than expected. The room is just as advertised- private, great vibe, and comfortable amenities. The main pool is relaxing and the option of ordering a snack and drink makes it even better. You will want a car- it is a close drive to everything, but certainly not walkable. If you get an Uber it is is $12 to get to the restaraunt scene. We will be back! ”
