Castelli a Istanbul

“All well.”

“Clean and nice, but definitely too small”

“Great location, helpful staff. Breakfast is basic but adequate. Overall a good mid budget place to stay”

“very mediocre, poor service, little maintenance, many words but no action”

The location is perfect to reach all major attractions on foot and very close to public transport - tram, ferry and bus - to easily explore all the other beautiful areas of Istanbul. We stayed on the top floor, a superb room, beautifully detailed, spotless, quiet and very comfortable. High quality and delicious breakfast. Special thanks to the staff: extremely kind, professional and always ready to fulfill...

“Esperienza positiva”

“Great location, (20 mins by taxi from the airport). The hotel looks new, the room was very spacious, even if the planes are passing right above it, it is silent inside the room. The baby cot was in super wonderful condition. The staff was super kind and available and they took a very good special care for my kids)”

“Camera pulita, personale super gentile, colazione ottima”

“Overall, the experience was good, and the staff were friendly. However, there were some differences between the prices listed online and the prices quoted by the hotel, especially for breakfast and the airport shuttle. I recommend confirming all prices and any additional charges directly with the hotel before your stay to avoid any unexpected surprises.”

“An exceptionally kind and welcoming team! What truly makes the Sultanhan Hotel special is its wonderful staff. Everyone I have been in contact with has been incredibly kind, friendly, attentive and genuinely helpful. Their warmth, patience and willingness to assist with every request are truly remarkable. They make you feel like a valued guest even before you arrive! A special thank you to the entire team for their outstanding hospitality and personal attention. Such kindness and...
