hotel per tutti
il soggiorno presso questo hotel è stato ottimo,è situato in posizione favorevole vicino alla moschea blu, santa sofia, topkapi e gran bazar. A piedi ci si può muovere tranquillamente. Stanza spaziosa, pulita e silenziosa. La colazione è prevalentemente salata, ma non mancano marmellate, pane, the, caffè e succhi. Il personale alla reception è molto cortese e disponibile. Nelle vie adiacenti è possibile trovare numerosi ristoranti. Fermate di autobus e tram non vicinissime. Consiglio sicuramente un soggiorno in questo hotel,

Buona la posizione, la location e la gentilezza, meno le camere
Non consiglierei l'hotel perché la camera che ci nano dato era troppo piccola. Avevo precisato che ci avremmo alloggiato io, mia moglie e nostra figlia ed abbiamo trovato una stanza dove ci stava quasi stretto il matrimoniale dove hanno "ficcato" una banda. La connessione ad internet é lentissima e dal bugno usciva una puzza nauseabonda, tanto che avevano un dispersore di profumo che h24 rilasciava per coprire l'olezzo. Di boo c'é la posizione, la colazione di qualità ed abbondante e la gentilezza del personale

Hotel comodissimo per la Moschea Blu e Santa Sofia. personale gentile, gratis la prima bottiglia da 1,5 l di acqua minerale + il solito te, caffè solubile. Tutti i pomeriggi buffet gratuito con baclavà, dolcetti vari e te. Pulito e recentemente rinnovato anche se un po' anonimo. Palazzo nuovo che sorge sulle vecchia mura romane (in mezzo alle quali si fa colazione).

Hotel ACRA di Istanbul
Personale cortese e disponibile. Camera accogliente e pulita anche se un po' piccola. Buona ed abbondante la colazione. Inoltre, a metà pomeriggio era disponibile uno spuntino. Collocazione dell'Hotel centrale rispetto alle attrazioni principali.

Overall the hotel was very good. The room was spacious, staff were very helpful and attended to all our requests. The breakfast was open buffet, and it was nice, contained hot and cold breakfast. It was a bit hard to get around the area though as it there was limited public transportation. But overall it was good compared to the other hotels nearby.

The room was spacious, quiet, and nicely furnished; however, many things were in need of repair: bathtub drain, sink plug, hair dryer, broken electrical outlet are some examples. It seems as though this used to be a very nice hotel but is not being kept up anymore. Breakfast was good.

I love Acra Hotel!
This was our second time staying at Acra Hotel. The staff is always welcoming and has all the information we need. We booked a room with 2 beds but unfortunately something was wrong with the room so they were kind enough to put us in 2 different rooms which totally worked for us. There are multiple options for breakfast that will fill you up. House keepers are always happy and laughing with you. They always ask if we need anything to replenish in the room. Zeynet is always so sweet. Last October, I lost my voice, and I communicated with him that I was sorry but couldn't talk and that we were leaving to have dinner and needed him to save our parking space. When we came back to the hotel and went to our room, I heard a knock on the door, and it was him with some hot milk and honey. He said that's what they drink to make the throat feel better. I thought it was the sweetest thing ever! I was happy he was still there at the hotel when we came back the second time. He actually walked us to the restaurant to make sure we got there safely. At night it's so quiet and peaceful we slept so well! I have no complaints about the Acra hotel, and I can not wait to come back and see everyone! Thank you so much for everything!

Disappointed
The hotel needs a make over. Didn't feel like a hotel when we got in. The bed was very small also. We requested for an extra pillow are we were told the hotel was full so they couldn't give us. Breakfast was no where as shown in the pictures. The tea in the machine was finished and when we requested them they just gave us tea bags. Wouldn't go back to the hotel.

Die Wände im Hotel sind sehr dünn und man konnte alles Hören was der im Nebenzimmer geredet hat. Einfach nur ein Albtraum, wenn man bis in der früh jemanden reden hört und nicht schlafen kann. Das Bad war sehr alt und überall ist Wasser ausgelaufen. Keine Parkplatz Möglichkeiten. Auf keinen Fall 4 Sterne Hotel

Nous avons réservé cet hôtel à la dernière minute le jour même. Nous sommes arrivés à 7h du matin alors que l’entrée se faisait à 13h. Nous avons était très bien accueilli et on nous a proposé un petit déjeuner alors que nous y avions même pas droit. Le personnel est très à l’écoute, courtois et serviable. Hôtel idéalement situé à sultanahmet, des restaurants sont situés juste à côté. Les chambres étaient propres et sécurisées. Nous avions une vue sur le Bosphore. Nous recommandons cet hôtel pour les familles !!!

By far this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I have reviewed Many hotels and restaurants in the past as I book hotels depending on their reviews. The reviews of this hotel did not match the hotel. This hotel in Paris or New York city would have been considered a one star hotel. One of the staff at the front desk was very nice and helpful, we booked a city view room and once we got to our room it was not the same as was shown in the picture and they said the room we are in is much nicer. Well, the room we got was a connecting room as was mentioned, however, 1) The closet doors were missing handles. 2) The bathroom showers were not functioning correctly. 3) The water was changing between very cold and very hot temperature. 4) The room was facing stairs and not city as was booked. 5) The window was right above kitchen exhaust. 6) The AC stopped working sometime at 4:00am and the room became very hot and couldn't turn it back on. 7) The bed did not have top sheets to pull over myself. 8) A part of the flooring was bulged and we kept tripping on it. 9) Bathroom was not clean and there were mold and yellow stuff around the bathtub and sink. 10) Sleep comfort on their mattress and bed was terrible. 11) light fixtures in the room were either missing or falling apart. 12) Floors were sticky and it was clearly not cleaned prior to our arrival as we could see drops of liquid and dirty shoe prints. When we got to the room, the air conditioner was not on. The room was extremely hot and not bearable. When I brought it up to the front desk, they turned it on, but it was still hot. The internet did not work throughout my stay at acra, I complained about it every day, and the manager let me work in his office because it’s the only place where the internet worked. If the internet worked, it was not stable. I am very disappointed as I had to work 8 hours and their response was, you can always work in our office. The staff was extremely friendly, but my experience was very stressful. I expect a refund.

The Receptionist call Hayati or whatever take money from me to bring big car because we have many luggage then send us a small car and until we find other car which take a long time and we arrived to airport so late almost lost the flight.

The guest asked which car a vito or Sprinter and we said , the guest refrained to pay extra for Mercedes sprinter and he sad we can put the other luggage inside the minibus, but in the night they said my colleque I wanted a bigger car, we called second car and we paid it for free. I wish the guest would say the truth. In fact we didn't make money from the tranfer but probably. When he given 3 best room in the hotel and did our best, even when I gave them second room with a very little difference. Instead being appreciated we are given 1 point. I hope this guest will learn one day to make proper reservation for room an for transfer and for his fault stop hurt the hotels.

I liked everything! The historic ruins in the kitchen with the explanations... the staff were friendly and welcoming ...the foid excellent... the locations couldn't be a better one! Easy to comunicate with the receptionists, drivers, waitresses. The cleaning ladies were doing a wonderful job. The tours all around the Istanbul were delighted. The tour guide Aslan , was revealing us important historic events. Very happy with the trip to Turkey !
