Ottima accoglienza e disponibilità. vicinissima a Piazza Taksim, dunque alla movida di Istanbul. La struttura necessita di migliorie, ma la proprietà sta già provvedendo. Ringrazio che, seppur ci fossero dei lavori all'interno del B&B venissero svolti senza intaccare la tranquillità degli ospiti.

The apartment was really nice and clean, the owner and the cleaning lady as well. Quiet position and near by metro, buses, restaurants and clubs. Only negative point the area is under renovation and the building of the propriety too, also if I have to say it was not noicy

Die Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen. Der Zubringerbus zum Flughafen ist in der Nähe. Die Zimmer waren sauber der Empfang war einfach, es hat alles gepasst.

탁심쪽 걸어가기도 괜찮고 가격대비 방 넓고 화장실 깨끗하네요. tv는 조금 작습니다만 tv는 어차피 안 봤으니 이 정도면 괜찮습니다.

The receptionist was a nice guy very helpful, however the room could have been much cleaner and there were broken off wobbly appliances like the shower head. This is not an attack to the premises, but a constructive criticism. Cushion covers were very dusty and stained with bleach, chairs could do without covers or cushions. Bed head board was also cover in dust, remote control hardly ever been cleaned and air on remote was not working. Air con dust filters cover in dust. Skirting boards also covered in dust. Wardrobe was wobbly and the back was broken. Safe was unavailable as broken. Advertised with satellite tv, but only Turkish tv was available. Wi-Fi was not so reliable, they have 3 routers and I had to swap in between the 3. Kitchen wall was greasy and wall chipped with again dirty walls. Shower head had lime scale and the shower holder was not holding the shower head. All these can be easily repaired or cleaned simply fixed with screws, nails, glue and a wipe. As I said this is constructive criticism hoping that the owner could improve these little nagging issues.

The location is good and the staff was helpful and friendly. They actually helped us a lot in one case. The place is cheap, so don’t expect any luxury here. The apartment still had everything we needed, and the only drawback was that it could use a layer of paint. It’s still good for whoever is traveling budget.

Perfect place and great localisation : less than 10 min from the bus station Room and bathroom 10/10 : very clean and working well And Ahmed was very nice and helpfull ! I totally recommande this hôtel :)

The only good thing about this place was its close vicinity to Taksim square, Other than that I do not recommend for a variety of reasons - reception person walked into our room at 12 AM without knocking or permission which scared my friend, Why?! You have no right to come inside as that is an invasion of privacy. Your justification for doing so also made no sense. Come on man you can’t run a hotel like that. - walls are thin, literally so much noise all night from people going in and out or receptionists speaking loudly, - our of the 3 nights I was there, I constantly heard moaning from upstairs throughout the night!? Come on man I get it it’s a hotel but why was it continuous? Prostitution? I just didn’t get it Overall I was restless during my 3 night stay, I do NOT recommend this place

Chambre spacieuse proche de toute commodité
Chambre spacieuse, proche de l'avenue Istiklal (près de 5 min de marche) et de la place Taksim où il y a les stations de bus et de métro. Proche également de la station de bus hava bus qui mène vers l'aéroport Sabiha et Attaturk ( 5 min de marche) Le service est superbe. Possibilité d'utiliser le lave linge gratuitement. Le personnel est très sympa et faisait attention à ce que nous ayons besoin de rien. Le prix est très raisonnable et très compétitif vu l'emplacement et l'état des chambres ( mobilier neuf)

extremely helpful staff made our stay memorable
two young men managing the property in a 12 hour shift were extremely helpful, they went out of their way to help us when we were caught at the border by police checking and not carrying our passport (coming back from a trip to Gallipolli), they managed to open the room, take out our passport and take pictures and send via whatsapp in 15 mins time. they were always helpful and cooperative, replacing the room key immediately when we lost our purse (pickpoket in tram), received our parcel from konya, helped us with car and driver for the day trip to Gallipoli. location of the HUB flat is excellent, very close to Istiklal street, all food joints, but just at enough distance to be out of noise pollution.
