Paesino sul mare
Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel alla fine di un viaggio itinerante in Turchia, si trova in un tranquillo paesino direttamente sul mare affacciato su una bella spiaggia di sabbia. Le stanze si affacciano sul mare, sono in ordine. È un ottima base per raggiungere il nuovo aeroporto di Istanbul, in circa mezz’ora ci si arriva comodamente. Località tranquilla, una piacevole scoperta

Çok kötü bir deneyimdi. Öncelikle vip oda seçimim jakuzi olması nedeni ile seçtim. Ancak jakuzi arızalıydı ve bütün tuvaleti su bastı. Yaklaşık 1.30 saatimiz onunla uğraşmakla geçti. Önce pis su aktı sonra boşalttık temizledik doldu bu seferde su sızıntısı nedeniyle su bastı tuvaleti. O daya gittiğimizde oda da yorgan veya pike yoktu. Onu istedik yoğunluktan dolayı 1 saat sonra çift kişilik yatağa 2 tane tek kişilik pike gönderdiler. Sonra tekrar aradım bunlar ince daha kalın bir yorgan gönderirmisiniz diye bu seferde birer tane daha pike gönderdiler çift kat yaparsak ısınırız diye şaka gibi. Oda çok temiz değil camlar ve tüller pisti. Odayla banyoyu ayıran jaluzi bozuktu. Tek güzel olan Oreo'ydu en sıcak kanlı dost.

Great views and a hotel pool give a fantastic feel to the place. Breakfast was substantial, offered lots of options and looked fresh. Plenty of food options around for dinner.

What I liked - super friendly and helpful staff! What I didn’t like - some random dog peed on my backpack while I was unloading luggage from taxi, I ran to the dog to spook it away - it went around the taxi and tried to pee on my luggage bags…

Une journée à la mer noire
Bel hôtel avec piscine et plage à côté. Dommage que la plage soit avec un accès payant. Un parking gratuit privé à l’hôtel. Par contre la wifi fonctionnait très mal. Le petit déjeuner était bon et suffisant. Nous n’avons pas utilisé la piscine. Le personnel très accueillant. La chambre était très confortable avec un frigo et des boissons à disposition

Tut mir leid, schrecklich.
Als wir das Zimmer betraten, fanden wir unter dem Bett eine leere Flasche der Vormieter. Das Personal ist nicht freundlich. Beim Frühstück lag ein toter Vogel unter einem der Tische. Sie haben es erst am dritten Tag entfernt. Auf unsere Bitte, das Zimmer zu reinigen und Toilettenpapier mitzubringen, brachte das Personal nur Handtücher und Toilettenpapier mit. Das Zimmer war dreckig und die Flasche des Vormieters stand noch unter dem Bett. Niemand hat etwas getan. Der Urlaub war in diesem Hotel ruiniert.

Great hotel service could be better.
Gorgeous hotel with views , pool bar poor service for international travellers. Breakfast great service but no choice of coffee as machine broken as was toaster !

Not so comfortable
I’ve stayed here before in the winter and found it pleasant. Though this time it was late May and the weather was warm (and the room hot from being in the direct afternoon sun) the centrally controlled wall heater/A/C unit was still set to ‘winter mode’ and, therefore, the A/C was inoperable. The only option for cooling the room was to leave open the balcony door. The room was right above the outdoor restaurant that played music until around 10:00 pm. Quite annoying when I needed to get some sleep before an early flight the next morning. The hotel itself is in need of an update but is clean and basic. The ‘king size’ bed was no more than two twin beds pushed together with a king size sheet, leaving a gap in the middle of the bed. The view from the balconies overlooking the Black Sea is fantastic.

Stated there was shuttle service on Expedia but turned out no shuttle service. Rooms are extremely outdated. Water drain in the shower was clogged and water spilled out from it. You really only paid for the view.

Pleasant except for stray dogs at night
Hotel is quaint and comfortable. Village of Kilyos is a pleasant place to stay in and of itself, except at night the stray dogs in the area wander, bark, and howl much of the night, which was not so peaceful.

Overall stayable spot, although we had a few issues with our first room & bathroom (smell, missing shower door, door to bathroom didn't close or lock, and not clean). The property moved us to a new set of rooms after we brought it to their attention. Both rooms were a lot better.

This town was one of the recommended towns to visit in Turkey. The town has a beautiful coastal shore; but unfortunately, it does not have any public beaches. All the beaches are private and they are only accessed if you are a family or a couple. The hotel has no water access. Very old hotel, with small rooms and extremely small showers. I would not recommend this hotel or visiting the town.

Nice hotel with great pool and views from sea facing rooms. Helpful staff. Food was nice but service very slow. Wedding guests prioritised over regular guests. Nice beaches (all with entry charges). Not a lot else to do in the town.

Great location with multiple dinner venues. Kilyos is a small beach town with friendly people and nice beach access. The hotel is clean but there were indicators that maintenance was needed. My room had a light switch that was defective and a broken tile in the elevator caught my attention. Housekeeping did not come in during my stay and toilet paper consisted of partial rolls.

La vue était magnifique. Après c est tout. La Clim ne fonctionnait pas. C était pas très propre. Des taches sur les murs. Ils ont mis le paquet sur la piscine et les transats et la vue. Très très cher le repas du soir. Pas de Clim dans l hôtel en lui même ( partie commune ) Le petit déjeuner médiocre ( au début il y avait une machine à café et ensuite ils l ont éteinte. Du lendemain pareil elle était éteinte mais si ôn en voulait c était IN EXTRA, c est leurs mot favoris. Le pain dure de l avant veille. Non franchement petit déjeuner très médiocre Il y avait 1 serviette de bain dans la chambre alors que nous étions 4 . Nous les avons reçus en fin d après midi et c était celles de la piscine . Et l hôtel très très très cher pour ce que c est!!! On paye la vue !!!

I was charged extra day despite I was promised that extra day will be returned I have yet to receive it. I reserved a room for three adults but received one double bed room initially. I was given additional room for the first night and supposed to be moved to three person room next day. Did not liked the idea moving to different room next day left the hotel and asked for refund.

Pros: Location-the hotel is only 20 mins from the airport, away from the city, in a quaint village with narrow streets and cute restaurants. The beach is right there. Views-the sunsets are breathtaking. Splurge on a room with a view! Restaurant-the food in the hotel restaurant is delicious Pool-the saltwater pool is overlooking the sea, the pool bar is convenient, although service sluggish Service-the front desk staff do seem eager to help, not all of them speak English, but they try. Restaurant staff is also pretty good. Bar service by the pool-not good. Be prepared to wait for your drinks. Sometimes they have to go find the bartender to mix a drink, and it takes a while. A couple of times it didn’t happen at all. Cons: Rooms-rooms are basic and could use a facelift. My room was not very clean, particularly the bathroom floor. I didn’t tell the staff, since I was out of the room all day. My room was not cleaned at all during my three-day stay. AC-the air conditioner in my room wasn’t working properly, again I didn’t complain and just slept with my window open. Beach-it not the hotels fault since it’s public beach, but it’s just awful. Full of trash and plastic pieces. Just really really sad. And they charge $2-4 per person. Good enough to take a walk at sunset though. To conclude, I would return because of the value and the food and the authenticity of the village.

This place needs new staff or management.
Front desk doesn’t seem to care about any of your issues. I didn’t realized they had smoking rooms when I was booking, so after check in I asked if I could switch mine to non smoking (I get really allergic) Reply - we are full. Literally that’s all they said. The most annoying thing - hotel was half empty, there were rooms available online on all the booking websites so that was just not true…. No people at the pool and at breakfast. Today we are leaving and the same rooms are still empty…. If they were more expensive it could have been communicated and I’d gladly pay extra to change my room, but everyone at the front desk was extremely short. Full. Conversation over. I didn’t have remote for my AC, went to get a new one, it also didn’t work. AC blasting cold air, temperature switch isn’t working, it’s impossible to completely turn it off also for some reason. Safe doesn’t work. I had a fridge, my parents didn’t even have that in their room. Stains everywhere, not just on the floor, on the curtains too… Breakfast- I guess I was fine for the price. One positive thing about the place - nice clean deep pool with a view of the sea. Super nice teenage kid helping guests at the pool, he’s also the only person speaking English. Honestly- this could have been a 4 stars review if only I was heard and not brushed off at the front desk.

The property was nice but the AC was broken and the 4th floor room was an oven. With my sleeping baby after a long day of traveling in the afternoon heat, this was not good. I called them several times and went down to front desk several times. I asked for help but they said that they would just turn it on somehow. Each time the AC would go on for a couple of minutes and then shut down again. They sent their son to fix it and he said he would get us a new remote, which we never received. At the end of the day I just gave up. Eventually the room cooled down at night when the breeze hit. I just cannot believe how unprofessional they were.

not recommended
there was no transfer service from/to airport although it was written and advertised in the homepage. Air-conditioning did not work. there was no effort to offer any solution.
