A hotel placed in a very convenient position to visit the historical center of Istanbul. Very friendly and helpful staff, which is an essential aspect. Excellent breakfast. The SpA is beautiful. I will be back.

Really pleasant accommodation in very comfortable central position. Friendly and professional staff. As a really good surprise I mistakenly booked lower category room, but was allowed to stay in higher category room, it’s was really good thing and I really appreciated this. Highly recommend

2nd time staying at this hotel - great value for money. Fantastic customer services, lovely clean rooms and great spa faciity on site. Close to main sites and shopping. Staff helpful and friendly fantastic bufffet breakfast highly recommend

Hôtel très bien situé proche de st sophie a pieds. Arrêt de trame au oied de l hôtel. Restaurants , epucerie et magasin proche. Piscines tres sympathique chambre agréable.

Didn't like that end of floor A hallway was not lit up and floor A flooring was carpeted compared to other floors which were tiled. If you can live without a window then overall very satisfied especially with complimentary breakfast buffet and yes I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Beaucoup trop de bruit ! Hôtel à la décoration vieillissante. Le personnel de nettoyage est très sympathique et souriant mais les hommes à l’accueil ne sont pas sympathiques. Chambre sombre, restaurant au sous sol. Un réel manque de luminosité.

very pleased with our stay at this hotel. We had a family room for 3 adults. Room was a good size and Bathroom facilities were very good with plenty of towels. The hotel staff were very helpful in all matters and the breakfast service was faultless. I did not get chance to try the pool but it looks very nice. I would be happy to stay here in the future.

Perfect location for visirors to explore Istanbul. The swimming pool and hamam are useful after a long day . Good breakfast.

Romantic get away
Hotel location is very good, excellent for the major sites and attractions. The spa facilities and pool are also good. Outside terrace very nice, although pool had not yet been filled during our stay. Beds are terrible! We had bad backs for 4 days The breakfast was ok but needs a more continental feel. The coffee was terrible…undrinkable. So we went to the cafe near by. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and a few refinements would make the hotel excellent!

Pleasant stay
I love the location, employees are all great, the only issue I have with this hotel is rooms are small and warm and some rooms don't even have windows to get some air, but the staff make up for that , I was there on my birthday and without me mentioning that, I came back to my room to find it decorated and a medium size cake with candles on the dresser with birthday wishes, I thought that was very sweet of them and I really appreciated that gesture. despite the room size, I will go back to this hotel, and again thank you to the staff.

Horrible experience , my flight was delayed 3 hours and due to terrible traffic in Istanbul My wife and I arrived at the hotel around 8:30 pm. The hotel reception flatly refused and said we don,t have any reservation with them , even though I shown the confirmation email from Expedia , they just said that no reservation for us . I had to go around in other hotels in the area and after checking several hotels I luckily found a room in another hotel. It was a not a good experience , very rude and unhelpful staff an management of Miss Istanbul Hotel .

It was a wonderful experience and a beautiful hotel. 5 stars for the service and hospitality. Very accomodating and helpful staff. All walking distance to main tourist sites too.

What you see in the photos is what you get, excellent staff and location in Istambul, i left behind my airpods and sunglasses and they send it over with NO CHARGE AT ALL. Very good breakfast and hot jacuzzi. Will return for sure.

Great Location
We were very pleased with overall experience, staff is wonderful, I just wish breakfast staff would be a little more quiet, they chat the whole time and are very loud , the dinning area is loud enough and staff should be more quiet, other than that, staff were amazing and hotel feels like a true hotel and loved the location, I will most definitely be staying there again if the price is right.

El hotel está genial! Situado en pleno centro histórico. Desayuno bastante bien. La única pega para mi es que no hay zona de fumadores y el restaurante del hotel es muy básico.

Average hotel in a good location
Pros - located walking distance to two tram lines Spa is nice however the female only sauna was nit available for a full week throughout our stay Cons - reception staff are unhelpful and not friendly. They all seem to have a chip on their shoulder. I believe this attitude comes management above who are probably not treating them well and this is reflective in their behavior tiny basic rooms for the amount they charge Breakfast was average

the staff were ok. i felt my room was truly cleaned when i leave a tip. No air condition during winter so make sure you book a room with window so you can open the window when its hot. the mosquitoes do come in when you open the window so beware.

Leider stimmt der Hoteltext bei Expedia nicht. Dort steht nach dem inkludiertem Frühstück, dass es einen Shuttle-Service vom und zum Flughafen gibt. Den gibt es nicht und der ist schon gar nicht kostenfrei. Auch eine Terrasse gibt es nicht. Unser Zimmer war sehr klein und das Badezimmer renovierungsbedürftig. Schade, wir haben uns von den Bildern und vom Text mehr erhofft.
