La struttura non è all'altezza del costo sostenuto, comoda per i servizi pubblici,per potersi muovere,ma scarsa pulizia e molto rumore anche di notte, ciliegina sulla torta non è possibile fare la colazione compresa al momento della prenotazione.

Lage direkt zentral, Nähe Einkaufsmeile und Taxim Platz.Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht, aber das Hotelmanagement war geändert und es gab kein Frühstücksangebot. Geeignet für junge Leute, die keinen Komfort brauchen.

We had a great stay in Nexus by Taksim. Very clean room, friendly staff and great location. We could not use the washing machine but otherwise we enjoyed our time.

Very nice couple who either own or manage it. Accomodating, a language barrier. But, we managed well with translator app. Clean spacious room. I booked family suite even tho it was just me. But wanted the extra space since i was here 3 nights. Great location. I might be back later this year. Maybe stay again. Very safe spot too!! That was a relief as i arrived at night and rainy and dark. Not scared to make my way here on my own.

This is simple - decent place to crash for one or two nights. The area around is under construction but if you don't mind, the hotel is in the middle of Taksim area . The stay was advertised with free breakfast and this was incorrect. The facility and the furniture in the rooms are simple with some need for inprovement or upgrade. The hosts try their best to accommodate you with their limitted English speaking and with what they offer.

Ich hatte ein wunderschön gestaltetes, hochwertiges und luxuriöses Zimmer mit herrlichem Meerblick. Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und enthielt auch regionale Produkte. Die Sauberkeit unseres Zimmers war ausgezeichnet. Das Hotel verfügt über Parkplätze und sehr freundliches Personal. Es liegt in fantastischer Lage direkt im Herzen des Taksim-Platzes, und das Frühstück ist hervorragend. Ich kann es uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

I booked this Hotel because they said breakfast was included. When I got there, they said the cook left so there were no breakfast which was not posted on the website. They smoked a lot in the place which was not healthy for kids and myself, the steers were always smelling of smoke. The washing machine in the apartment was not working, not slippers, no tooth paste, no shower cap. The TV was not working and was fall off the wall, 20 inch TV, lots of dust under the bed, because my wife drop a perfume and noticed under the bed. The only positive thing it's close to Taksim Square. I guess the workers tried their best but management has to fix these issues. False advertising is not good.

We didn't like the hotel because it smelled bad and the area looked bad too. When I chose that hotel it said it had breakfast, but the person who greeted us said they didn't offer breakfast because they changed owners. The TV didn't turn on. Personally, we didn't like it and we had to change hotels, but they deceived us by offering something they didn't provide.

It's a very beautiful hotel, I loved it. The service is excellent, the staff are very good, friendly, and warm. I am very pleased. The service is perfect, the chefs, supervisors, and managers are wonderful people. The cleanliness is excellent, the order and quality are top-notch, first-class. The rooms are very nice, well-maintained, and clean. The cleanliness is impeccable, I was amazed. The open buffet breakfast was very varied. The view from the room was fantastic, and the location is very close to Taksim Square and all the shopping centers. I definitely recommend it.

First the photo on the internet is for next door building . When we arrived no electricity so we left the hotel and had to look for new hotel at 12 midnight. It was really terrible experience even Expedia was not able to find us a hotel we stayed on the road till 3 am . Terrible terrible Expedia should check hotels before recommending or reserving with these kind of scam hotels.

This "hotel" is not a hotel, it is a youth hostel. I was scheduled to stay for almost three weeks and left after one night (even after prepaying through Expedia). A number of things: 1. While the hotel is not that far from Taksim Sq. it appears to be almost impossible for airport cabs to find. My cabby took over an hour of wondering around and asking directions to finally get me to the hotel. 2. Nobody at the hotel or in the chain of command speaks any English. I realize that I am in Turkey but this is a hospitality site and speaking English would certainly be useful. 3. The hotel is built on essentially a cliff. I have NEVER seen a steeper paved street. 4. Since no one at the hotel spoke English I did not realize that Taksim Sq. was actually about 5 blocks in the opposite direction from the cliff. 5. I did not see any creepy crawlies but the "bath towel" was a grey worn cloth the size of a dish rag. 6. The room was arraigned like a third world youth hostel. A bunch of beds scattered all over the place. 7. When I left the door man called about two different levels of supervisors who's only response to me leaving was for me to leave a good review. 8. This hotel actually has good reviews on Expedia which I simply do not understand. NEVER AGAIN

Nexus Hotel - a supposedly 5-star property, and to the extent we stayed and consumed the services - it lived up to its expectations. The reception was smooth, efficient and the courteous staff took our bags the moment we got off the taxi at the arrival gate. The reception personnel were quite friendly, and wore a nice smile on their faces. Our bags were shifted to our room. The room was quite big - quite when I say this - that means you could literally walk in the room. The washroom was also huge. There was a jacuzzi as well. Drinking water was free, and you could get as much you want. The view from the window was great too. The hotel is quite at the cross-section of a major interchange so there's plenty of vehicle movement around. The metro bus station is just next to the hotel. The reason we got the hotel was to get to the airport hassle-free using the Havas Bus service. Havas bus stop is 3-4 minutes walk from the hotel, and it is the starting point of Havas bus so you get empty or almost empty buses. Breakfast provided was quite extensive, with lots of buffet options to choose from. Also, their Spa, Turkish Hamam and swimming pools were free for the guests!

I recently stayed at this newly opened hotel, and I was genuinely impressed by the overall experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with exceptional kindness and professionalism. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist made me feel truly welcomed throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding; every corner—from the lobby to the rooms—was spotless and well-maintained. It is clear that the management places great emphasis on hygiene and guest comfort. Another major highlight was the hotel’s location. Being situated right in the heart of the city made it incredibly easy to explore Istanbul. Most major attractions, restaurants, and shops were within walking distance, which added great convenience to my trip. My room was comfortable, modern, and thoughtfully designed, offering everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The peaceful atmosphere allowed me to relax after long days of sightseeing. I also appreciated the warm attitude of the staff, who constantly ensured that all my needs were met. Overall, my experience exceeded expectations. If I return to Istanbul in the future—which I certainly plan to—I will definitely choose this hotel again. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, well-located, and professionally managed place to stay.

For the price paid. I will go back again. Even after this review. The place is good for sleep, washing clothes, and perfect location to explore. The owner, a couple, are welcoming. The bed sheets are clean. Loved the little room in the room. You got to see it to understand what is said. And very hot shower, much love to that. Much appreciated the Very fortunate part, my room was ready and I got to check in early. They had the bare minimum of needed items for household things. I would give this place 5 stars. I Always willing to be accommodating as a guess. At a certain point, I had to asked myself, how much on my part is enough? A few down falls: languages barrier. Asked for coffee. The TV turned on but not useable. Something about it not being connect. And was never fixed. The shower knob broke off. An item in the bathroom did not work, not sure what it was for. There were a pile of stuff on a chair. Not sure what that was. But left them alone. The elevator was small. But was not working when I arrived. They hand delivered the luggage to my room. When it was working, the elevator went to another floors but the main entrance. The photo shows a washer, but it is not usable. Had to go up stairs. They washed the clothes. And left it wet until I picked them up the next morning. The couple are kind people and hard working people. I wish them all the success.
